HR Administrator – Entry Level
Core Commissions is growing! Seeking an energetic Human Resources Administrator that will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all HR activities including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training and benefits administration. This is an entry level position and we are seeking a dynamic individual who wants to learn and grow with our Core Commissions team. This position will also assist in the documentation of Core’s policies, procedures and systems in support of training as well as obtaining a SOC Type 2 audit.

Duties Include:
Develop, update and maintain current job descriptions, employee roster, organizational chart, employee directory
Create and post recruiting ads, conduct interviews and pre-employment screenings, process offer letters
Plan and conduct onboarding, employee orientation and training
Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation
Maintain company handbook and all employment agreements
Create and maintain employee files
Administer performance review program
Manage benefit administration, including insurance enrollments
Payroll processing
Assist in the documentation of Core’s internal tools, policies, procedures and systems including security, network and data privacy in support of a SOC Type 2 audit
Experience Needed
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Strong technical writing skills
Interviewing skills
Knowledge of employment laws and benefit plans
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; ability to shift easily between various teams and tasks
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding personnel issues and sensitive information
Sense of humor a must
